A RennerFlow engagement

Deal sourcing, built around your fund.

A custom pipeline that monitors your sources, enriches against your taxonomy, and writes deals directly into your CRM. No analyst hours. No generic templates. Built for venture capital, family offices, and private capital.

How it works

Signal in, structure out.

Four stages, running on your schedule. Every deal is sourced, enriched, deduplicated, and CRM-loaded — automatically, with an audit trail.

STAGE 01

Discover

News wires, sector newsletters, industry press, and deals forwarded by your team. No analyst required.

STAGE 02

Extract

Every article, memo, and PDF is read. Company, raise, and source captured — with a full audit trail.

STAGE 03

Orchestrated Enrichment

Claude orchestrates several tools per deal — the company's website, multiple news sources, and a licensed LinkedIn scraper — across up to 15 verification steps.

STAGE 04

Submit

Deduped against your CRM and delivered in the shape your fields expect. No review queue, no retyping.

Signature feature

Your inbox is an input.

Investment firms already receive most deal flow in email — co-investor memos, founder intros, industry newsletters. RennerFlow meets you there.

Capabilities

Built for firms that
can't afford bad data.

Everything is configured to your taxonomy — your industries, your stages, your buckets, your CRM fields. No generic templates, no "works for most customers."

Your sources. Every channel.

Business news wires, sector newsletters, regional media, industry press, company blogs, your forwarded inbox — anything you're already reading, plus anything new you want monitored.

  • Your existing sources integrated at setup
  • New sources added as your strategy evolves
  • Cross-source deduplication — no double-entries from overlapping coverage
  • Forwarded emails parsed — every deal in a multi-deal newsletter captured individually

AI enrichment, your taxonomy.

Not a universal schema — yours. Industries, stages, raise buckets, regions all map to the exact values your CRM expects, validated before submit.

  • Custom classification against your dropdown values
  • Founder + verified LinkedIn lookup
  • "Prefer blank over wrong" — low-confidence rows flagged, not guessed

Direct to your CRM.

Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Affinity, or a custom webhook. Records arrive structured, validated, and ready — no manual entry, no review queue.

  • Zero manual data entry
  • Audit log per submission
  • Deduplicated across every source
How we work

A clear path from scope to live.

Every engagement follows the same four steps. You'll know what's happening at each stage and what's expected of your team.

01 / Scope

Audit your workflow.

A working session to review your current sourcing stack, CRM schema, taxonomy, and source list. You leave with a written spec.

~ one week
02 / Build

Configure the pipeline.

Sources integrated, enrichment tuned to your taxonomy, CRM mapping validated. Async weekly check-ins — no standups.

~ two weeks
03 / Audit

Review the first 100 entries.

Pipeline runs against real signals. We audit the first ~100 outputs together — edge cases surface here, classification gets tuned, and any taxonomy mismatches are fixed before the system runs autonomously.

~ two weeks
04 / Ship

Live and maintained.

Full production cadence. Ongoing maintenance covers monitoring, source changes, CRM schema updates, and breakages.

FAQ

The usual questions.

Most intro calls start with these. Open them before we speak and the call goes twice as far.

How is this different from Harmonic, Specter, or Affinity?
Those platforms index a fixed universe of companies and give every customer the same interface. RennerFlow is a pipeline built for your firm: your sources, your taxonomy, your CRM schema. Most clients run it alongside one of those platforms — use them for broad discovery, use RennerFlow for the sources they don't index and for structured CRM input.
Which CRMs do you support?
Anything with an API or form endpoint. Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Affinity, Airtable, Pipedrive, custom webhooks — all straightforward. Unusual in-house systems get handled in scoping.
How long until it's live?
Usually three to five weeks from scoping call to first live run. Longer if your source list is unusually custom or the CRM schema needs heavy mapping. You'll have a firm timeline after the scoping call.
What about data privacy?
Pipelines run on infrastructure dedicated to your fund — not a shared system. Email processing uses Gmail OAuth; no IMAP credentials stored. You can also opt to host the whole pipeline inside your own cloud account if your firm requires it.
